- You should be present for your horse's first session, optional for later sessions. Please have your horse in his stall at the scheduled time.
Aside from cancellation and refund for no result in either movement or attitude in two sessions, packages are not refundable, but you may change spacing of sessions. Sessions spaced more than a week apart are subject to a barn call and must be used within one year of purchase.
